Pu 'er tea is a world-famous tea and is deeply loved by the public. In this spring season, the reporter overheard that there is an old brand of Pu 'er tea-Cheng Pu Xinghao Pu 'er tea, which has been passed down for 158 years. It is one of the earliest preserved old brands of Pu 'er tea in Ning 'er (ancient Pu 'er Fucheng). To this end, on March 5th, the reporter and his party went to Ning 'er County and started a search trip. By visiting Tea Horse Road, Qiangang Fengyu Bridge, Nalan Ancient Tea Garden, Ancient Tea Tree, Lao Guo Village Group in Daaozi Village, as well as local historical and cultural scholars and tea culture researchers, they finally stringed up the historical context of Cheng Pu Xinghao Pu 'er Tea, and found out the inheritor of Cheng Pu Xinghao Pu 'er Tea ...
According to "Cultural Pu 'er" and other records, Cheng Pu Xinghao was a well-known firm in the ancient Pu 'er city (now Ninger county) in the Qing Dynasty. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Sichuan Guild Hall hosted Liu Yunshan to create the "Cheng Pu Xing Hao" tea house, operated the tea house to trade with Tibetan merchants, developed business based on "sincerity" and "Xing", and cooperated with Deng Wengao, the boss of Deng Jiama Gang, which complemented each other and was brilliant for a while. Today, the Deng family has established Yunnan Pu 'er Cheng Pu Xing 'hao Tea Co., Ltd. in the spirit of "Cheng Pu Xing 'hao", and continued to carry out the local Pu 'er tea business, making Pu 'er tea with golden and translucent color, fragrant and sweet taste, mellow and mellow, and rich products sell well all over the country and all over the world.
According to the series of "Cultural Pu 'er" published by Yunnan People's Publishing House, Cheng Pu Xinghao was a well-known firm in the ancient Pu 'er city in Qing Dynasty. In 1866, Sichuan Guild Hall in Pu 'er Fucheng hosted Liu Yunshan to create the "Cheng Pu Xinghao" tea house, which was very popular for operating tea houses, teahouses and sedan chairs. Cheng Pu Xinghao takes "sincerity" as the first priority and "prosperity" as the basis to expand its business, and cooperates with Deng Wengao, the boss of Deng Jiama Gang, which complements each other and is brilliant for a while.
Today, Deng Hualong, a descendant of the Deng family, adheres to the spirit of "Cheng Pu Xinghao" and founded Yunnan Pu 'er Cheng Pu Xinghao Tea Co., Ltd. to continue the business of Pu 'er tea, making Pu 'er tea sell well all over the country and around the world with golden and bright color, fragrant and sweet taste, mellow and fragrant products. Deng Hualong said, "My ancestor Deng Wengao has been cooperating with Cheng Pu Xinghao Tea House. Now, I have inherited the old brand of Cheng Pu Xinghao, and strive to carry it forward and sell our Pu 'er tea all over the world, so that more people can know Pu 'er tea, fall in love with Pu 'er tea and drink Pu 'er tea. "
Led by Deng Hualong, the reporter and his party came to Ning 'er to follow the footsteps of this 158-year-old brand and explore the charm of Cheng Pu Xinghao.
Qiangang Fengyu Bridge is the first stop of this exploration tour. It is located on a river, surrounded by beautiful fields and the environment is very beautiful. Deng Hualong said: "Qiangang Fengyu Bridge was an important place on the ancient tea-horse road. At that time, the caravan had to pass through here to rest, shelter from the rain, supply and communicate, so the bridge was well-known at that time, and everyone in the caravan knew it. This bridge was built by many rich people, including the ancestors of the Deng family, because they were also horse drivers. "
As you can imagine, the caravan carrying tea, salt and other materials passed through here in those days: there was water under the bridge, there were bluestone walls, fences and tile roofs on the bridge, and groups of caravans walked leisurely from Qiangang Wind and Rain Bridge ... At that time, there was such a bridge built from the flooded river, which not only provided people with a rest, but also reconnected the road blocked by the river, making people walk more safely and comfortably. On an important section of the ancient tea-horse road, it is a virtue to build the Qiangang Wind and Rain Bridge. Deng Hualong said that as a descendant of Cheng Pu Xing Hao, he was determined to carry on this good tradition.
The tea in Cheng Pu Xinghao is not only old, but also has a strong cultural attribute.
Deng Hualong took the reporter to a local place called Dazhuqing in Xisa Village to visit an ancient tea forest. This ancient tea forest is one of the sources of Cheng Pu Xinghao tea. There is only one dirt road to this place, which is very steep. When the off-road vehicle travels, the twigs slanting out of the roadside will scratch the body. After driving for more than an hour, in a vast mountain, the destination finally arrived. At the steep slope, the reporter saw two ancient tea trees that were hundreds of years old. These two ancient tea trees have shelves more than 10 meters high, and each shelf has four or five steps. A tea farmer struggled to climb to the top of the shelf and picked the first handful of new tender tea this spring.
The tea farmer said: "There are more than 100 ancient tree teas that have been around for hundreds of years. The quality of these teas is very good, which is very popular with tea lovers, but the output is not high. A tea tree can only produce about 1 kg of tea a year, which is very precious. When there was no road before, it was very difficult to transport these teas out of the mountains. "
Deng Yongxiang, a descendant of the Dengjiapu Chengxing, told reporters: "I am 69 years old, and I am a member of Dashan Lao Guo Village Group in Daaozi Village, Tongxin Township, Ninger County. When I was a child, I heard from my grandmother that our ancestors had caravans, which used horses and cows to carry salt, medicine, tea, cloth, grain and other items and did business on the ancient tea-horse road. Later, because of social changes, our family also experienced several ups and downs, but the family never gave up the business related to tea. I planted about 50 acres of tea in my hometown felt hat mountain, and my son Deng Hualong inherited the career of making Pu 'er tea. I am very pleased. "
Zhou Qingming, a cultural scholar in Ninger County, said: "I am a person who specializes in studying the history and culture of Pu 'er tea in Ninger County. In the process of research, I found that the tea house with the old brand of Cheng Pu Xinghao in history, after some searching, finally found Deng Hualong, the fifth generation inheritor of Cheng Pu Xinghao. I didn't expect that he not only inherited the old brand of Cheng Pu Xinghao, but also carried it forward. Cheng Pu Xinghao has a history of 158 years, which is very rare. "
