The 16th China Yunnan Pu 'er Tea International Expo opened.
The 16th China Yunnan Pu 'er Tea International Fair (hereinafter referred to as "Pu 'er Tea Expo") opened in Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center. The four-day exhibition attracted more than 600 high-quality brand tea enterprises to gather in Spring City, and tea customers from all directions will experience "there is a life called Yunnan" on the spot.
At the exhibition site, there were crowds of people and fragrant tea, and all kinds of tea ware were dazzling. Tea drinkers sit around the table or wander around, sipping cups of steaming, fragrant "Yunnan ancient tree tea"; Exhibitors turned into "promotion officers", and eager merchants and tourists introduced the benefits of drinking Pu 'er tea ... Pu 'er Tea Expo has become an important window to publicize and display the development achievements of Yuncha industry.
Yunnan is the origin of tea trees in the world, with the largest amount of ancient tea resources in the world. The distribution area of ancient tea forests and communities is more than 3 million mu, and ancient tea trees are distributed in 11 states (cities) and 61 counties (cities, districts) in the province. In recent years, our province has attached great importance to the development of tea industry, and listed it as one of the "1+10+3" key industries of plateau characteristic agricultural modernization in Yunnan Province. It has issued a series of policy incentives, focused on subject cultivation, base construction, brand cultivation and market expansion. The tea garden area, output and green organic tea garden rank first in the country, and the cloud tea industry has become a dominant characteristic industry in the province's economic and social development.
It is reported that this year's Pu 'er Tea Expo has an exhibition area of 30,000 square meters, with a total of 1,200 booths, attracting more than 600 high-quality brand tea enterprises to participate. During the exhibition, tea, tea sets, tea machinery, tea packaging, new tea and many other categories will be exhibited, and more than 30 activities will be held, including "100 million" cloud tea tasting, tea culture exchange, tea machinery and technology development seminar, tea master skill competition, cloud tea e-commerce promotion and live delivery, so as to create a Yunnan spring tea culture feast integrating exhibition, sales, tasting, shopping and playing.
At the opening meeting, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued the Bulletin on the Green Development of Yuncha Industry in Yunnan Province in 2023, introducing the basic situation, main achievements and next development plan of Yuncha industry.
The exhibition was hosted by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Yunnan Province, and undertaken by Shenzhen Huajuchen International Exhibition Group Co., Ltd., Yunnan Tea Circulation Association and Yunnan Green Food Development Center. It aims to showcase the characteristics and advantages of Yunnan tea industry represented by Pu 'er tea with Kunming as the window and make greater contributions to promoting the development of foreign trade of Yunnan tea.
