Pu 'er tea brewing water temperature: 100℃ boiling water.
Tea quantity: the ratio of tea is (1g: 50g), or the tea quantity is about 2/5 of the container capacity.
Selection of brewing apparatus:
Purple clay pot (best) Because Pu 'er tea is suitable for awakening tea leaves and leaching tea contents with high temperature, and the purple clay pot has good air permeability and good heat preservation, it is best to use purple clay pot for brewing.
Bowl-covered cup (most commonly used) Because the elegant style of bowl-covered cup can best reflect the beauty of Pu 'er tea color, you can freely appreciate the color change of Pu 'er tea soup, so the bowl-covered cup is the most commonly used brewing vessel for modern tea art.
Basic steps of Pu 'er tea brewing:
1. Prepare tea sets and Pu 'er tea.

3. Put the Pu 'er tea into the pot carefully.
