China Pu 'er Tea College's "Jingmai Mountain Ancient Tea Forest Cultural Landscape Protection and Tea Inheritance" project was selected as an outstanding intangible teaching achievement.
Recently, the 13th National Congress of China Vocational Education Society was held in Beijing. On behalf of Yunnan Province, the project "Protection of Cultural Landscape of Ancient Tea Forest in Jingmai Mountain and Inheritance of Tea Art" of Universities of Applied Sciences Pu 'er Tea College in western Yunnan participated in the exhibition of outstanding intangible teaching achievements in vocational education.
The project "Jingmai Mountain Ancient Tea Forest Cultural Landscape Protection and Tea Inheritance" is based on the research on the protection of ancient tea forest cultural landscape and tea inheritance in Jingmai Mountain, and the traditional hand-made tea-making skills (Pu 'er tea-making skills) in Jingmai Mountain are studied. Planting mode of ancient tea trees under natural forest in Jingmai Mountain: Tea life of all ethnic groups in Jingmai Mountain (Bulang, Dai, Hani, Wa and Lahu); The story of Jingmai Camellia ancestors; Non-legacy teaching, including holding Jingmai Mountain villagers' Pu 'er tea brewing skills training course, Pu 'er tea processing and little tea artist, shows the long history and unique charm of the first world cultural heritage with tea as the theme, and shows the Yunnan minority culture and tea culture.
As the only selected teaching achievement project of tea art in China, during the exhibition period, the project attracted wide attention from the participants and fully affirmed the teaching situation of the project.
